No.7311 is a small batch bakery and specialty coffee shop located in Ventnor, New Jersey. Our small-batched baked goods are prepared on-site from family recipes and innovative minds. We try to use the freshest and most locally sourced ingredients possible; heirloom grains and unbleached flour, and organic wherever possible. Really exquisite profiteroles, good coffee drinks, rare spot where you can get coffee and a pastry for less than 10$. Service was great, ambiance is comfy and utilitarian.

Came for the blueberry pie. It was sold out - all good as every single baked treasure was amazing. Highly recommend the small chocolate chip cookies, blueberry coffee cake & Margate Beach pie.

Good quality beans but over roasted. Fresh bakes goods were plentiful and tasty. Many gluten free and vegan options. More accurately 3.5 stars.
