Vacation Music Academy

History

VMA has been the local community summer Music camp for seven years. We officially opened the doors in 2010 as summer program at our church.The summer music camp started as a week long program with the local community & Sunday School children from St. Andrew's actively involved in chorus, handbells, and guitar lessons. We originally were operating at St. Andrew's Church. In the Spring of 2017, we relocated to Christ Church in Riverton and began to independently operate the camp.

Specialties

Vacation Music Academy offers classes in Dance, Music, Art, & Theater for children K to 12. Rock Band, Show Chorus, & Musical Theater are a few of the classes offered. Children participate in recitals, field trips, and theater shows. Campers can learn to play an instrument, choreography, acting, singing, & development skills in different styles of drawing or painting. The tuition is $50 per week per child for half days and $80 per week per child for full day campers. Camp hours are from 8:30am-3:30pm.(before camp 7:30-8:30am $20 & aftercamp hours 3:30-6:30 $25 per child per week) Register in the winter & spring to save your spot for the summer.
