Sifu Lou started training in the martial arts at the age of 14. He started his training in Hapkido & Tang Soo Do, From there he was introduced to Shaolin Kung fu specializing in 2 styles of Wing Chun Kung Fu. and Tai Chi. Today Sifu has over 40 years in the martial arts.

Our Tai Chi program helps our seniors regain their stability, strength, coordination and energy. Wing Chun Kung Fu classes will build mind body and spirit. We don't fight force with force, This is perfect for all ages and body types. in our 90 min class you will increase your flexibility, strength, balance, coordination and develop the confidence to use it.. Our children's 1 hour classes focuses on the intangibles, self-confidence, self -esteem, self-discipline, self respect and respect for others and the ability to stand up for themselves.
