Terrible customer service ... I have a 14 year old autistic son who booked a room without my knowledge and they refused a refund !! Room was never checked into and they will be getting a dispute...

The hotel rooms are filthy and it is also overpriced you can get a much better hotel for the same price. Do not go there.
