Highly recommend if you are looking for the most dysfunctional management. The apartment looked nice at first, but it has lots of hidden problems. Our sink was leaking with mold growing inside....

Fees Fees Fees Lived there for 1 year as one of the first residents. When I moved out, I cleaned the place spotless. They still charged me $463.84 for cleaning fees and painting fees. I have pics...

I live here for over 1 year, most of the staff are nice but I have to give negative star is possible for shady Accouting practice. You must check your autopay to them one time they over charge me...

They will do everything to add charges after moving out. I hired a professional cleaning service and cleaned the carpets before leaving, but they still added $120 in carpet cleaning and cleaning...
