Nice, clean, bright ice cream parlor. Huge selection of hard and soft flavors. Fast service. Not sure where the ice cream comes from but it was really good. Plenty of available toppings....

Rich's is the best ice cream shop around by far. We've been there a half dozen times and were blown away every time. We took some relatives from Texas there last year and they still talk about it....
