Father and Son team, Joe & Elijah Blythe, have had a passion for the restaurant business for many years. Starting in the early 90’s, working at his Father-in-laws restaurant, The Casanova, on Staten Island, to establishing a charity commercial kitchen, Meals with a Mission, Joe has knack for making food that people enjoy. Elijah attended culinary school in Philadelphia and has worked in several restaurants and commercial kitchens.
