To help all members achieve their fitness goals, the Y offers over 90 free fitness classes included with membership. There is a fully equipped Circuit room and state-of- the-art fitness center for those who prefer to work out on their own. Staff are always on hand to help you. All personal trainers are certified and available to best fit your schedule.Our newly renovated locker rooms allows a tranquil area before or after your workout. Our saunas, new steam room and expanded whirlpool help you achieve the many health benefits of water, steam and dry heat.Youth classes, swim lessons, youth basketball league, teen circuit, student sports conditioning and personal training, and summer camp are available. We have a 6 lane 25 meter pool, indoor track, basketball gym, spin studio, class studios and free baby sitting. Are you looking for Childcare or Pre-school? The R.F. Blake Children's Center is a safe, secure and nurturing environment for your child. The center is located next to the Y which allows for weekly swim lessons (age and day appropriate) included in tuition. We provide a state approved curriculum, have a large indoor Lil' Honey gym and outside playground. Infants - pre-school. The Blake center has been awarded the prestigious NAEYC accreditation.
