Somset Valley Rehab Center

Somerset Valley and Rehab is a health care center for long term care, assisted living, and rehabilitative services. It is a part of HealthBridge, which is a nonprofit health information exchange system that serves Greater Cincinnati and surrounding areas. Founded in 1997, HealthBridge provides connectivity for more than 25 hospitals, over 4400 physician users, nearly 15 local health departments and approximately 10 clinics, as well as nursing homes, independent laboratories and radiology centers. It additionally operates one of the largest community-based secure clinical messaging systems in the United States.
