SOAR started in Steve's garage with his sons and some friends. It then moved to a second floor above a kitchen and then to a 5000 sqft facility. SOAR started as a CrossFit gym and has evolved to meet people's individual needs and goals by training a professional staff to be able to fill the gap between fitness and healthcare.
