Stacy Kolbusch MSN, RN, NP-C is a member of Summit Health's Urgent Care team. Before joining Summit Health, she worked at FastER Urgent Care, Morris Plains, NJ, Horizon Health Center, Bayonne, NJ, Saint Barnabas Medical Center, Livingston, NJ, and Holy Name Medical Center, Teaneck, NJ. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the Emergency Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau, a Nursing Honor Society.

Nkechi Mbadugha, PA is a member of Summit Health's Urgent Care Center team, providing high-quality care to patients in the urgent care setting. She encourages strong patient-provider communication, and makes every effort to connect with her patients to ensure the best level of care.Ms. Mbadugha is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the New Jersey State Society of Physician Assistants, and the Society of Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants.When not caring for patients, Ms. Mbadugha spends much of her time reading. She enjoys seeking out all that local libraries have to offer and especially loves diving into British literature, gothic literature, and science fiction. She also collects comic books and graphic novels. Ms. Mbadugha is an avid fan of all types of music.

Andrew D. Beamer, MD, FACC, is Chair of Cardiology at Summit Health. A sought-after speaker, Dr. Beamer has delivered local and national invited presentations in his field. He is the author of articles and abstracts, which are published in prestigious, peer-reviewed scientific journals. A leader for many notable health organizations devoted to improving patient care, he is Former Cochair of the Overlook Medical Center Chest Pain Advisory Committee that developed leading-edge process improvements for emergency department patients with chest pain. As a result of his expertise and guidance, Overlook Medical Center has been noted for delivering the fastest treatment for heart attack patients in any hospital in North America. Dr. Beamer is a former member of the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Consultant Medical Staff. The Consumer Research Council of America lists him in "America's Top Cardiologists." He has been featured in New Jersey Monthly "Top Doctors" listings. Dr. Beamer is a recipient of the Arnold P. Gold Foundation Gold DOC Humanism in Medicine Award for his humanistic approach to the practice of medicine. He is a former member of the Summit Health Board of Directors.Dr. Beamer considers his work as a cardiologist a privilege, and he says that his talent for science and love of helping people was a natural combination for becoming a cardiologist. He values his three children as his greatest accomplishment and adds, "Raising them has been the most challenging and rewarding thing I've ever done."
