David Skolnik, OTR, CHT, is an occupational therapist and certified hand therapist with more than 20 years of clinical experience. His professional affiliations have included corporate, hospital, and private hand rehabilitation at the University of North Carolina Regional Burn Center in Chapel Hill, and the University of California Los Angeles in Westwood, California.Mr. Skolnik has delivered regional and national invited lectures and presentations on a variety of topics concerning hand therapy. He is an adjunct professor in the Seton Hall University Occupational Therapy Program. To his credit, Mr. Skolnik is recognized for his creative splint design and fabrication, which is used for many hand and upper limb injuries and conditions. He is Past President of the American Society of Hand Therapists New Jersey State Chapter, Past Chairperson of the New Jersey Occupational Therapy Association Hand Therapy Special Interest Group, and an active member of the American Society of Hand Therapists.Mr. Skolnik believes that humor, respect, optimism, and commitment are essential to his approach with patients. He notes, "I use these qualities to relate to and partner with my patients in helping them achieve their health goals. It's a privilege to work with my patients and help them realize meaningful outcomes that help improve their lives."When he is not working with his patients, Mr. Skolnik enjoys cycling, snowboarding, fly fishing, and spending time with his 2 children.

Dr. Anand A. Patel is an Ivy league fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in non-operative and operative treatment of orthopedic conditions of the Hip and Knee. Dr. Patels clinical expertise includes minimally invasive and Robotic surgical techniques which help promote a more rapid recovery. He has advanced training in primary and revision hip and knee replacements, including direct anterior hip replacement, quad-sparing partial and total knee replacements. He also believes in advancing the field of joint reconstruction and recently published a book chapter on Anterior Hip Replacement. Additionally, he has authored numerous scientific articles in peer reviewed journals and presented his research at both national and international meetings.A native of New Jersey, Dr. Patel graduated from Watchung Hills Regional High School where he played on the tennis team. He followed in his fathers footsteps who is also a Surgeon and studied pre-med at Rutgers University. During his time at Rutgers, he was one of the five people to be accepted into the prestigious BA/MD program and went on to continue his medical education at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. In medical school, Dr. Patel not only shined academically but also served the local community by starting community outreach programs. For his overall excellence, he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society awarded to the top students in each class.Following medical school, Dr. Patel was selected to complete his residency at the University of Miami Department of Orthopedics, one of the busiest and most well recognized residency programs in the country. While in residency he served as a chief resident and had extensive training in level 1 orthopedic trauma, arthroscopy and participated in the orthopedic care of the Miami Marlins and University of Miami Athletics. He was then selected to complete an additional one year joint replacement fellowship at the renowned Brown University where he performed over 1,000 joint replacements with leaders in the field.Dr. Patels practice philosophy is to always start simple and to treat his patients with dignity and respect like he would his own family. He lives in Morristown with his wife who is an ICU nurse. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis and loves the outdoors.
