Tried to test drive a Jetta, and was told that I needed my insurance card. Without my insurance card, I could only drive their car in the parking lot. With that, I left and no one seemed to care....

The manager explained they weren't able to address the condensation issue because it would take too long and I'd need to set up another appointment
