Mr. D’Alessandro has been in the insurance industry since 2010. He is a graduate of Shepherd College in Shepherdstown, West Virginia with a B.S. in Business Administration and holds a M.A. degree in Corporate and Organizational Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey. John received his insurance license from the American School of Business in Fairfield, New Jersey.

Elizabeth Donaway joined James A. Connors Associates, A World Company, in 2015 as a Risk Advisor. She has over twenty years of experience in company and agency environments, combined with her high degree of professionalism and dedicated intensity for serving clients.
