After being destroyed in Hurricane Sandy, Panini Bay reopened November 2013. New owner, Chef Ivar Johnson, graduated as valedictorian of The Restaurant School of Walnut Hill College, Philadelphia PA. He has done apprenticeships at The Peking Duckhouse, NYC, Blackfish Restaurant in Conshohocken, PA and Cafe Colore in Freehold, NJ.
