Their jewelry is cheaply made. They say to help all you charms stay on your charms bracelet to get a clip lock. The clip lock is horrible is always breaks. I have had two of the exact same clip...

Little charms and fancy little pieces of bracelets and necklaces that are customizable which attracts so many into the store. Too warm and a queue to shop and another to pay.. inefficient layout...

Five star service from Saida, Selena and Brian. I lost my girlfriend's Pandora ring and they were kind enough to replace it and also find a nice charm bracelet to match. They were awesome....
