Useless. I had an eye exam on Jan 14 2017, when I had my next annual exam on Jan 6 2018 - they refused to cover any portion of the exam because it wasn't a year to the day! Eye care isn't a luxury...

Eye care professionals should stay away from accepting this vision service plan. They have never paid a single claim and continue to make excuses like we had the wrong address or we never received...
