After completing the necessary education requirements and having been in the Mortgage business for 5 years I purchased this property in 1999 and quickly secured all phases of mortgage lending including FHA, VA, USDA, Reverse Mortgages, Construction loans and 203K rehab loans.

Specialties

Our main specialty is Reverse Mortgages for clients that are 62 years of age and older and have equity in their primary residence. We have a very large area of the USDA loan eligible properties where there is 0% down and closing costs can be included in the purchase price. We specialize in that and do many loans for USDA.
