I have been going to LL Bean for years. Their return policies are not as generous as they used to be but can't blame them as the world has skanks that would return stuff they bought 10 years ago...

This LLBEAN has a great selection and wasn't too busy this weekend. I was able to do a return in under five minutes! The employee was very nice and helpful! LLBEAN has wonderful customer service...

LL Bean has amazing customer service! I went to return a pair of duck boots without a receipt. Did they give me a problem? Nope they were happy to help. The sales person in the shoe department...

I am always pleased to shop at this location. The staff is very helpful and attentive to the customers. The store is always kept cleaned and organized, including the restrooms and fitting rooms....
