I actually had a good experience. AHS assigned them, they came for initial diagnosis. Took sometime to get hold of them for follow up replacement, but they were understanding and completed the job...

Awful company, never responds to calls, unprofessional, poor experience. There are plenty of other plumbing companies out there. Avoid a bad experience.

Terrible experience with complete lack of communication - did not have them out as they NEVER returned phone calls - was assigned this company by American Home Shield in regards to air...

As with most plumbers, this guy wants to retire at 40. His appearance is horrible (but crack and all). Wants to get paid a large fee for minimal work done.

He came to my house 3 times... everytime he explain to us that we are employed full time and he depends on calls to make money; and he exagerated the issue to the bone... why I called him 3...
