I love Jersey Mike's and this location happens to be convenient with a great parking lot however, the manager is very intimidating. His militaristic ways make me and my husband uncomfortable.

They are SLOW. I'd rather drive half way across Hackensack to another location than come to the River Edge location. And they do not read your customizations.
