Jennifer Motley, APN is a member of Summit Health's Oncology/Hematology team. Ms. Motley has spent most of her career in surgical cardiology and thoracic medicine. She currently tends to both the physical and psychological aspects of care for adults with cancer and blood disorders while helping to treat a variety of disease states. Ms. Motley treats every patient as if they were members of her own family and believes that education and support are critical to positive health outcomes. A big part of my job is to provide comfort and support to people at perhaps, one of the most vulnerable times of their lives, says Ms. Motley.Ms. Motley is part of the Oncology Nursing Society and is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society.Ms. Falvey says, "I studied for and entered the field of nursing and health care because I am gratified by listening carefully to and caring for my patients. I especially enjoy taking time to explain a diagnosis and what's involved in treatment so that my patients can take an active role in improving and maintaining their health."
