Please be extra cautious about returning items with them. Had a very bad and frustrating experience with them. Have emailed them what items are going to be returned and even they acknowledged it....

I've always had a wonderful experience with this company. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful with the loading of wood, (not something a lot of wood supply companies do).

Not a pleasant transaction with Heath Lumber. I ordered an Andersen door from them that was defective upon delivery (confirmed by contractor). Heath had me take photos and explain what the issue...
