Forged Soul Fitness opened in March of 2019 after a few months of getting ready to serve this community. We are excited to offer a variety of fitness classes to such amazing community members.
Specialties
Our fitness studio is putting motivation to work to achieve health and fitness goals. We believe by forging the soul, you build the body. We provide workouts that can be scaled to every fitness level and encourage everyone, regardless of where they are in their fitness journey, to come and be a part of this fitness community. Kickboxing, Barre, Zumba, Yoga, Strength & Conditioning, Low Impact Toning, Bellyfit! Private sessions include yoga, personal training, Thai yoga, Reiki, and massage.

This is such a great place to go for good energy and variety of yoga and fitness. The teachers are friendly and make you feel welcome. Great choice if you're starting out on your yoga journey.
