Welcome to The Dizziness and Balance Center, a first of its kind Physical Therapy practice in New Jersey which specializes in treating Vestibular and Balance Disorders, as well as neurological conditions. The Center was established in March 2002 by Robin Pflieger, MPT, Physical Therapist. The Dizziness and Balance Center and Robin Pflieger, PT, have been widely regarded as the leading expert in the field of Vestibular and Balance Rehabilitation in Monmouth and Ocean county. The main focus of the Center is dedicated to provide one-on-one individualized treatment, in a compassionate and non intimidating environment. With appropriate and timely specialized rehabilitation, the consequences of vertigo, dizziness and imbalance can be avoided. Common consequences of these symptoms going untreated are FALLS, which can result in debilitating injuries and unnecessary hospitalizations. If an individual has these symptoms and they fear falling, it can lead to immobility and inactivity, which creates more health issues. Our goal is to maintain or improve a patients function, activity level and overall quality of life!

The Children's Center of Monmouth County is one of the largest day schools in New Jersey. The center offers educational and training-related services to children with developmental disabilities between the ages of 3 and 21. It also provides speech, occupational and physical therapy sessions. The Children's Center of Monmouth County offers a range of student programs related to art, music and physical education. In addition, the center administers community integration programs to foster the development of life skills. Its facilities include a gymnasium and sports field.
