Its curriculum includes math, science, language arts, music, Spanish, and health and physical education. The school maintains a library and provides guidance counseling services. Grace N. Rogers Elementary School has a band and chorus, as well as a student council. The school operates a parent-teacher organization that supports fundraising and family night events.
