Dolce & Salato is a neighborhood Italian Cafe and Pasticceria which opened in the Summer of 2018. Our goal is to bring a slice of authentic Italian taste to Hoboken, New Jersey. The owners Maurizio Dolce, Michael Nirchio, and Brian Mazzei have always remained close to their Italian heritage and are now sharing this with the residents of Sinatra's hometown.

Food lacked seasoning, but the buon santo sandwich was decent. The Chicken Caesar wrap had barely any dressing and was quite dry. Didn't taste like much honestly - wouldn't order again.
