Went in with a 30% off coupon and didn't even get to use it because the cashier claimed she knew it wasn't going to work, which made no sense because I had just received it in the mail that day....

Typical CVS. I liked that it was within walking distance of the neighborhood I was staying for the holidays. It was stocked and clean. I bought a couple items with no trouble.

Calling the pharmacy to ask about a prescription and have been on hold and still am at 22 minutes. Completely unacceptable for something they screwed up! Hire more people.
