Trying to talk to a live person is impossible. Some of the cashiers r not too friendly. Since they updated the app I cannot get into my account to check on prescriptions etc.

By far the worst CVS, or drugstore for that matter, I've ever been to. Plan to wait at least half an hour. The drive thru is always closed due to "staffing issues". If you don't make your way...
