What makes us so unique? Our founder Kat Schwarz battled depression, anxiety, and bipolar symptoms for much of her life. She became suicidal in her mid 30s when traditional pharmaceuticals and treatments including a partial hospitalization programfailed to provide relief. Having turned from Catholicism to atheism in her early 20s, Kat was stunned in 2018 when a rapid spiritual awakening helped shape her understanding that her mental illness was, in fact, spiritual giftedness. A former physical therapist turned Reiki Master of Masters, certified trauma educator and medium of spirit, Kat helps and teaches other highly sensitive, empathic people how to transmute their pain and suffering into thriving with purpose!
