I am the principal of the law firm of Roy W. Breslow. My firm consists of a top-notch staff of attorneys, paralegals, and legal secretaries that are extremely competent in all areas of the law. My law firm is engaged in the general practice of law with a concentration in criminal law. The other areas of practice are matrimonial and family law, negligence and personal injury, wills, estates, bankruptcy and business-related matters. Organized Crime and Special Prosecution's Section of the Division of Criminal Justice responsible for Statewide investigations involving major organized crime figures and the presentation of cases to the State Grand Jury; preparation and investigation of wire-tap applications. Instructor in Business Law - part-time course included law of contract, torts, crimes, commercial papers, bankruptcy, sales, bailment, suretyship, consumer's rights, insurance, partnership corporations and real property.
