Service is bad. The lady work there is not good, doesn't know what is customer service. Small option for the bagels, everything went out.

Since it changed the owner the store going down hill. The service is bad. Call in to order, she put me on hold without saying anything and take other customers one after another. No apologies at all.

Thankfully Bagel Gourmet is under new ownership and wow, what a difference, staff is much friendlier and the food is back to the high quality I remember as a kid. Stopped in for breakfast today...
