Why did I make an appointment, if I was going to sit in the waiting room for over an hour before even getting my vitals done? Not a safe experience for people who are feeling unwell.

Had a 1:15 appointment and didn't get called until 2:21 did not see the doctor until 2:59. Totally unacceptable. If this is the case there is no need to make an appointment
