The Levittown-Fairless Hills Rescue Squad is a private, nonprofit organization that provides 9-1-1 ambulance and advanced life support services for the residents of Lower Bucks County in Pennsylvania. The organization, also known as LFHRS, was established in 1955. It also offers public education assistance through various community outreach programs. The Levittown-Fairless Hills Rescue Squad additionally provides medical support solutions to the Bucks County Technical Rescue Task Force. The organization offers antidrinking and driving programs in local high schools. Its stations are equipped with several trucks and advanced life support ambulances. The Levittown-Fairless Hills Rescue Squad responds to more than 2,000 calls annually.
