The Alliance Center for Independence (ACI) is a community-based organization that has been dedicated to promoting and supporting independent living for individuals with disabilities in Middlesex, Union, and Somerset counties in New Jersey since 1986. ACI recognizes disability as a natural and beautiful part of human diversity and offers a range of programs and services, including information and referral services, educational programs, peer support, health and wellness activities, employment support, and independent living skills development.

ACI is committed to the philosophy of independent living for all individuals with disabilities and their allies. They provide resources and advocacy to empower individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling and self-determined lives. ACI also organizes events and initiatives such as the NJ Disability Pride in the Park, REV UP New Jersey, and the ACI Community Market to promote inclusivity, accessibility, and community engagement.
