Not very professional. EVERYTHING is an Up-Sell. They are expensive to start, then "you need this". "You need that". It starts at $2,500, and you wind up paying over $3,500.

Awful service. too lazy to do the work. My water heater is in a tight spot, but as a business, you should have the right tools to get the job done. Sadly, this is who PSEG uses
