The center s tenants include several manufacturing, biotechnology, human services, packaging and gourmet food preparation businesses, as well as artists. The Picker Building, a part of One Washington Center, features telephone and Internet connection and kitchen and caf space, as well as a conference room. It tenants include companies, such as Biddy Mulligan's, Brittany & Coggs, CB Sciences, Center for Assessment (NCIEA), Eye Feast Art, Inner Child Studio, Just5 Say Rock, Lynn's Upholstery, Maine Medialink, Odyssey House, Prometheus Group and White Mountain Drygoods.
