Other oil companies are cheaper and more helpful. The "Senior Discount" is 2 cents off a gallon! They should be ashamed of themselves. No discount for paying your bill within a 3-5 day time frame....

By far some of the best customer service I've received anywhere! The staff is so helpful and efficient. Easy online ordering and I can do all correspondence via email (I hate using the phone!)....
