Maple Syrup can be ordered online or via phone anytime. For the most up to date information, please visit our website. Please note that our hours are seasonal, and explained below. We're a family owned and operated restaurant, featuring our own Maple Syrup. In the spring and fall, we are open on the weekends from 7am-3pm with a full breakfast & lunch menu, including pancakes, waffles, French toast, sausage, bacon, eggs and much more. During the months of February and March, weather permitting, you may be able to watch the boiling process as we make Maple Syrup. During the summer (between Memorial day and Labor day) we are open Thursday through Sunday from 7am to 8pm serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with our usual breakfast menu, as well as our lunch and dinner menu. The ice cream window is open until 9pm. Every Thursday night from 6pm-8pm during the summer is Cruise Night, featuring classic cars from all around the region and beyond.

Bascom Maple Farms

Bascom Maple Farms, founded in 1853, is one of the largest producers of maple syrup in the United States and supplies maple products to packers, distributors, manufactures and retailers. Located in Alstead, N.H., it maintains a large inventory of supplies and new and used equipment, including airtight arch fronts, arch installation, automatic drwasoffs, brushes, buckets, candy equipments and supplies, cleaners, Containers, defoamer, evaporators and accessories, filters, canning units, forced draft units, gas finishers, grade sets, grates, labels, oil burners, pumps and scoops and skimmers.
