Middleton Elementary School

The Shortridge Academy is an educational institution that enrolls students in grades 9 through 12. It provides a range of academic, extracurricular and college-preparatory therapeutic programs for students. The Shortridge Academy conducts theory and practical classes in biology, chemistry, environmental science, and health and physical education. Paul School serves students in kindergarten through eighth grade. It is one of the elementary schools in the Wakefield School District, which also operates Union School. The school has a library and media center that offers an accelerated reader program. Located in Farmington, N.H., Valley View Community School offers educational and extracurricular programs for students in prekindergarten through grade three. The school enrolls more than 400 students, and offers classes in math, science and technology, English, social studies, arts and crafts, music, and physical education. It lays emphasis on developing writing, reading and language skills of students. The school also provides a wide variety of sports programs, including football, basketball, volleyball, softball, baseball and athletics. It organizes field trips, excursions and picnics. Additionally, Valley View provides facilities, including transportation and daily lunch services. Valley View Community School operates under the Farmington School District.
