I provide the full scope of midwifery care. This care includes gynecology, contraception, family planning, pregnancy, labor and birth, postpartum, and LGBTQIA+ health. I specialize in trauma-informed care, substance use disorder in pregnancy, and transgender health. The goal of midwifery is to support the entire family unit. I enjoy listening to my patients and involving their family members in the conversation with my patients' consent. I speak with my patients about their home lives, parenting, and the support systems they have in place. I come from a long line of medical providers and nurses! My mother, in particular, inspired me; she is also a midwife. I love empowering people to be their authentic selves, feel more connected to their bodies, and take charge of their health. I love connecting with someone and being a part of their health or pregnancy journey.
