Looking for a basic campground this is the place. Very remote,clean & reasonable. Owners are very friendly. We have made it are spot every year.

I can see some the ratings on this place are a bit harsh. This isn't the Omni, it is what it is... A simple, comfortable, no frills, old school New Hampshire cottage experience. Perfect location...

Pros: Price is reasonable. Owners are friendly. Calming sound of the river out back. Cons: Renovations are needed in the motel section. Children will be your early morning wake up call.
