Legit terrible. I ordered a wrap as i always do from Newburyport and it couldn't have been a bigger rip off. it was TINY with only one slice of pepperoni in it. this was 11 dollars for nothing.

Just stoped for an Italian sub. Place is very clean, bathrooms immaculate and all staff very friendly. Fresh bread and they cut the cold cuts as I watched. Sub was excellent!
