When I lived there I had both cockroaches and mice coming in my home at the end of my tenancy. Lots of homeless and police presence esp due to a child's suicide upstairs.

They're very lazy people. There's dog poop all over the property outside there's toilet bowls just sitting by the dumpster a broken stair and tons of garbage and broken furniture pieces all over...
