Needed a new water heater. They replaced it. Took the old one away. Got a new one through manufacture's warranty. Service technician on-site was not friendly and just seem to do sloppy work....

This company installed a water heater, no hot water still. Now this company wants more money to fix a bad install from an employee that no longer works there. So much for honoring their work!!!
