I'm Russ Faulkner and I've been involved in real estate for years. I'm a full service realtor ready to help you buy and sell your home. I'll show you the data and help you make informed decisions when buying and selling. I am a former hotel and tourism executive and have over 20 years leading teams and providing amazing experiences. I love real estate, both helping people find and sell their primary residences and helping people find great investment properties. I like to differentiate my service by not only providing great data to my clients, but also delivering that world class service that I have spent my career providing to customers around the world. My family and I have been living in Summerlin for 10 years. When I'm not helping families find their next home, I'm busy enjoying all that Southern Nevada has to offer. I also donate my time as a board member for The Ability Experience and Transition Services, two non-profit's focused on supporting individuals with disabilities.
