someone had offered to tighten my current glasses while I picked new ones. I was appreciate until she brought me mine back letting me know there was a small crack in them and to be careful. I left my appointment , got in my car, and realized that they were broken. Whether they were cracked already or not, I was bummed cause they were fine before she did that. Part of the hinge had completely fallen off and was missing. Not a "huge" issue since I was getting new ones but not stoked since I had planned on still wearing these ones but whatever- stuff happens. I was pleasantly surprised when I went in a week later to pick up the new ones and the lady who helped me offered to get my old ones fixed - free of charge. I wasn't expecting this at all.
