What should have been a short stay turned into being extended, twice. The folks made to extensions seamless and very easy. Even at 04:00am when I went to the front counted. My day started early....

Room rate was slightly high for the sad condition of our room. Wallpaper buckles at all the joints, furniture worn and soiled, wall fixtures worn and loose, etc. Well beyond need for refurbish.

Rude old white lady in the check-in area. We had reserved rooms from our company and she kept giving us attitude while we keep trying to explain to her what the rooms were under.
