I broke my foot on the stairwell when the power went out on morning of July 11th. There were no auxiliary lights but they said I was lying!

During power outage I fell on the 2nd floor stairs

3 black stains on the bedding that matched that matched the 3 black stains on the pillowcase it looks like the bedding was never changed the
