Jimmy answers his phone personally, comes out, measures, and gives the quotes personally. We choose the type of flooring, Jimmys let me know the price and he came out and installed it himself....

Called Jim to finish a job that a "serve-pro" started. The Service-pro dried up the mess after a bathroom flooded..but left it all in really bad condition as they "don't do that kind of work"...
